at Spa Chakra, and Personal Training.
A highlight of Spa Chakra Fitness is The Kinetic
Analysis, the results of which help fitness professionals
create an individual wellness profile and set the client’s
health and fitness goals. The Kinetic Analysis features
fitness, nutrition, and medical history reviews as well
as an in-depth cardiovascular and musculoskeletal assessment.
This one-on-one evaluation wholly outlines each member’s
personal fitness objectives.
